What is Delrin?

Delrin is an acetal homopolymer plastic designed to be able to substitute for metal. The benefits of Delrin include good dimensional tolerance in molding applications, high tensile strength, impact and fatigue resistance, and a -40 C to 120 C operating temperature range.
