Additive Manufacturing

Let’s be honest here, who doesn’t like 3D printers?

They are so culturally significant. Makes you feel like you are finally beginning to live in the age of the Jetsons!

At E. J. Basler we try to incorporate additive manufacturing where ever we can. Albeit, 3D printing is still evolving, as are our skills, but we are excited about how this will help us continue to lead the field and be the best precision parts provider.

New Eurotech Machines For New Precision Parts

Recently, we have been wanting to increase our capabilities and capacity. Through this desire we have begun to add new machines to our company.

One exciting new development are our Eurotech Machines that we have added to precision machine repertoire.

The machines have a bar fed capacity of Ø2-3/4” (70mm).  Both turrets have y-axis capabilities for complex machining of precision parts.

The best part about this is the opportunity it affords us to make an array of precision parts at competitive cycle times.
